How to Add Items to an Order
Add items to an open ticket and send them straight to the kitchen.
Here's how to add items to an existing ticket in BLogic Systems.
Open the Active Table
Start by tapping into the active table number on your POS terminal.
Add Items
Once inside the order screen, simply select the additional items you'd like to add.
Submit to Kitchen
After confirming your selections, tap Submit. The new items will instantly attach to that table's open ticket and send a ticket to the kitchen.
