How to Issue a Refund
Refund specific items from a paid ticket back to the original form of payment.
Let's walk through how to issue a refund in your POS system.
Find the Paid Ticket
From the POS home screen, tap Paid Tickets. Select the ticket that needs a correction.
Select Items to Refund
Tap Refund, then select the specific items to be refunded.
Confirm the Refund
Press the button in the bottom right to complete the transaction. The selected items will be fully refunded back to the original form of payment.
